Can Older Adults Benefit?

Absolutely. In fact, many of my patients are older adults who simply want to keep enjoying the things they love, whether that’s gardening, walking, travelling or spending time with grandchildren.

As we age, it’s natural for our joints to become a little less flexible and our muscles to lose some strength. Previous injuries, arthritis and years of everyday wear and tear can also affect how comfortably we move.

Growing older doesn’t mean you should expect to live with constant pain or stiffness. While we can’t stop the ageing process, we can often help people move more comfortably and confidently.

After a thorough assessment, treatment is always adapted to suit your individual health, mobility and medical history. In addition to hands-on care, I’ll often recommend simple exercises, balance training and movement strategies that support independence and long-term wellbeing.

My goal is to help you stay active, maintain your mobility and continue doing the activities that matter most to you.
