Whether you’re a professional athlete, a weekend cyclist or someone who enjoys staying active, your body performs best when it’s moving efficiently.
Sport places repeated demands on muscles, joints and connective tissues. Over time, small movement restrictions or muscle imbalances can develop, sometimes affecting comfort, performance or recovery.
Chiropractic care may form part of an athlete’s overall approach to maintaining healthy movement and managing musculoskeletal complaints. Treatment is always tailored to the individual and may include chiropractic adjustments, soft tissue therapy, rehabilitation exercises and movement advice.
I also enjoy helping athletes understand how their bodies move. Sometimes a small change in technique, training load or recovery routine can make a meaningful difference.
The goal isn’t simply to return you to sport after an injury. It’s to help you move well, recover effectively and continue doing the activities you enjoy.
