Comfortable clothing is always the best choice.
You don’t need any special sportswear or gym clothing, but it’s helpful to wear something that allows you to move comfortably during your assessment. Clothing that is too restrictive may make it more difficult to assess posture or movement.
If you’re coming straight from work, don’t worry. Most people attend appointments in their normal everyday clothes, and if any part of the examination requires easier access to a particular area, I’ll explain this beforehand and ensure you’re comfortable throughout.
