When Should I See a Chiropractor?

Many people wait until pain begins interfering with their daily lives before seeking help, but you don’t have to reach that point before booking an assessment.

If you’ve noticed ongoing back pain, neck stiffness, headaches, reduced flexibility, muscle tension, discomfort after sitting for long periods or pain that’s affecting your work, sleep or favourite activities, it may be worthwhile having your symptoms assessed.

You don’t need to know exactly what’s causing the problem before making an appointment. Part of my role is to help identify possible contributing factors and determine whether chiropractic care is appropriate for you.

If your symptoms suggest that another type of medical assessment is needed, I’ll explain this clearly and help you take the next step. My priority is always making sure you receive the care that’s right for your individual situation.
